iOS and Android. Files cache on the phone after the first sync, so the permit book opens in a dead zone. Drivers sign in by email, by phone and a code, or straight from an invite link.
QR portals for roadside
Every driver, truck and trailer gets its own code. The officer scans with their own device: no app, no login. Documents show green current, amber expiring, red expired. Add a 6-digit PIN if you want one.
Daily expiration check
Every document checked every day against its own date. Set the warning window per category, 30 days by default. Drivers get a push, admins get one digest email each morning.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, every feature, no truck limit, no credit card. When it ends the account goes read-only: your documents stay, nothing is deleted, nothing is charged.
What counts as a truck?
An active power unit. Trailers, drivers and admin seats are free and unlimited. You're billed for the trucks you're running, and nothing else.
Does a 30-truck fleet pay more than a 31-truck fleet?
No. You never pay more than a bigger fleet would. Thirty trucks bills at $170.19, the 31-truck price, not $179.70.
Can I add or remove trucks?
Any time. Add one mid-cycle and it's prorated. Remove one and your next invoice is credited: a credit, not a cash refund. Move into a cheaper band and the whole fleet re-rates from the next invoice.
