Everything a permit book does. Nothing it can't.
VPB covers the full compliance document workflow, from upload to roadside, without a fleet-management suite you'll never use.
In short
VPB covers the compliance document workflow end to end: storing permits and certificates by truck, trailer and driver; pushing them to every driver's phone; opening them at roadside through a QR code with no login; flagging expiration dates on a daily check; logging every change; and answering questions about your own fleet through Permito, the built-in AI.
All features
Permit storage
Upload once. Every document filed by truck, trailer, and driver.
Driver mobile access
The whole permit book on every driver's phone. Works offline.
Roadside inspection mode
Inspector scans the code. The paperwork opens. No app, no login.
Expiration alerts
A daily check flags every document before it expires. Set the lead time, 30 days by default.
Fleet compliance management
Assign a document to a driver, a truck, a trailer, or the whole company.
Document sharing
Share a link to the live paperwork. Never a stale PDF.
Audit trail
Who uploaded it, who approved it, who replaced it, and when.
Permito: AI that reads your fleet
Ask which medical cards expire this month. Get the list, not a filter tutorial.
