The whole permit book, on every driver's phone.

The truck driver app that shows only what's current for their rig: nothing to file, nothing to manage, nothing to lose.

In short

The VPB driver app puts a driver's own paperwork, plus the truck and trailer they're assigned to, on their phone. Files cache to the device after the first sync, so the permit book opens with no signal. Drivers sign in with an email and password or a phone number and a code, or straight from an invite link.

The problem

Why the permit book in the cab falls behind.

Binders live in cabs. Cabs change drivers. Documents fall out, pages fade, and the newest permit is always the one that's missing.

How it works

How the VPB truck driver app works.

Assignment-aware

Each driver sees their own documents plus the truck and trailer they're assigned to.

Works with no signal

Files cache on the phone after the first sync. Weigh station in a dead zone? Everything still opens.

Sign-in without a password to forget

Email and password, or a phone number and a code. Invited drivers tap the link and they're in.

The detail that matters

Offline viewing runs off files cached on the device, not a hopeful cache header. Once it's synced, it's on the phone.

Put the binder down.

Every permit, every truck, every driver's phone. Current from day one.
